Eating More is Hardly a ChoreLaura wanted to lose weight without dieting

Mother of two, Laura, was determined to lose weight without dieting. She recalls,

"I gained 10kgs after giving birth to my children. I tried to lose the weight by reducing my food intake, but it only led to exhaustion. And as a Mother of two lively toddlers I needed all the energy I could muster!

Having lost 12.2kgs as a result of eating more food, Laura is convinced that dieting isn't the answer to weight loss success,

"You can only maintain changes to your lifestyle when they are enjoyable and improve your health. I now eat tasty food, I never experience hunger and I feel healthier and more energetic. I'm hardly tempted to return to my former habits!"
