Patients have a 60 minute initial assessment with our Dietitian The first step for entry into the Wesley Weight Management Clinic is an obligation free, 60 minute initial assessment with a Dietitian. The Dietitian will take a thorough medical history from your patient and discuss their weight loss goals to recommend a suitable program structure.

Your patients can book their assessment at any one of our nine locations throughout Queensland.

Medicare, Enhanced Primary Care and Better Acess Program rebates are available where a referral and patient eligibility exists. Private health insurance rebates may apply depending on your patients' level of cover.
